Facilities

The Baby Room (3 months - 2 years)
Childcare for babies from three months to two years is available in our special baby unit.
Prior to your child being placed in our care, a key person will be appointed to discuss your own care plans in detail, during a home visit if wished. The aim is that where possible we can continue with the routine you have already established with your baby.
The Early Years Foundation Stage is used throughout the Nursery. Through a wide range of play equipment and activities together with close staff interaction, we will stimulate your child's natural curiosity for the world around them. A quiet sleep area is provided to enable your baby to sleep whenever they wish.
Toddlers (2 - 3 years)
The infant room reflects the fact that, at this age your child's development will come on in leaps and bounds. Communication and other skills will be developed through the wide selection of equipment and activities we have to offer, encouraged always by our caring staff team.
As your child becomes ready for toilet training, they will be given every help and encouragement, whilst working closely with you to ensure a consistent approach between Nursery and home.
Pre-school (3-5 years)
We value our educational programme for children aged three to five years. Our broad curriculum which encompasses the six early learning goals, is used to plan the learning environment, activities, and experiences, which help to build a framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage early years. A strength of our planned activities includes the development of creative therapeutic arts, where children are given opporrtunities to experience materials and mediums often not experienced until later in their education. We have had excellent OFSTED reports, which you can view on request.
Recognition by staff of young children's need to play and socialise underpins all activities, ensuring that children learn through practical first hand experience.
